Wrong Items Shipped
In the rare case you receive the wrong product, we’ll cover the cost to send you the correct one or issue a full refund if the item is unavailable.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Send clear photos of the damaged packaging/product and include your order number.
• We will either send a replacement or offer store credit based on the situation.
Return Conditions (Non-Food Items Only)
If we ever offer non-perishable merchandise (e.g., branded merchandise), unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless due to our error.
